Online sales
Terms and conditions
Last updated 20 July 2026Business information
The registered seller name, geographical address, company or VAT number, customer service email and return address must be inserted and legally approved before production launch.
About these terms
These terms govern consumer purchases made through the Strada Reale online shop. They do not remove any mandatory rights under Maltese or EU consumer law.
Products and availability
Product descriptions, images, available sizes and stock are maintained with reasonable care. Screen colours and fit can vary. Placing an item in the basket does not reserve it. Availability and price are checked again on the server before payment.
Prices, coupons and payment
Prices are displayed in euro and include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown before the order is placed. Coupon eligibility, limits, dates and prior-use restrictions are validated by the server. Payment must be authorised by the payment provider.
Order acceptance
An order request is not accepted merely because it was submitted. The sales contract is formed when we send an express acceptance or dispatch confirmation. If payment succeeds but an order cannot be accepted, the payment will be reversed or refunded.
Delivery
Delivery options and estimates are shown at checkout. We will contact you if a material delay becomes known. Risk remains with the seller until delivery, subject to the limited carrier exception described in the delivery and returns policy.
Withdrawal, returns and faults
The separate delivery and returns policy explains the 14-day withdrawal right, the narrow hygiene-seal exception and the minimum two-year legal guarantee for faulty or misdescribed goods.
Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence or mandatory consumer remedies. Any other limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law.
Law and complaints
These terms are governed by Maltese law, without depriving an EU consumer of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Please contact us first so a complaint can be reviewed and resolved.
