What we collect

When you place an order, contact us or join the marketing list, we may process your name, contact details, delivery address, order details, consent choices and technical security information. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored in this shop database.

Why we use it

• To prepare, deliver and support your order.
• To meet accounting, tax, consumer and fraud-prevention duties.
• To protect the shop and administrator accounts.
• To send offers only when you have given marketing consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

Legal bases

Order processing is necessary to perform the sales contract. Record retention and consumer support may be required by law. Security and proportionate fraud prevention rely on legitimate interests. Optional email marketing and non-essential cookies rely on consent.

Who receives information

We disclose only what is needed to service providers involved in hosting, payments, delivery, email and professional compliance. Providers must protect the information and may not use it for unrelated purposes.

Retention and security

Order records are retained for the period required by Maltese accounting, tax and consumer law. Marketing records are kept until consent is withdrawn or the list is cleaned. Access is restricted, sensitive actions are server-authorised and administrative access uses one-time sign-in.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to processing. You may also complain to Malta's Information and Data Protection Commissioner. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed.

Cookies and local storage

Necessary storage keeps the basket, security state and privacy preference. Analytics and marketing storage remains disabled until you choose it in cookie settings. Changing or clearing browser storage may reset these preferences.
