Delivery

Available delivery methods, charges and the estimated timeframe are shown before you place an order. The seller remains responsible for the goods until they are delivered, unless you independently appoint a carrier not offered by the seller.

Your 14-day withdrawal right

For most online purchases, you may notify us that you are withdrawing within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. After notifying us, return the goods within the following 14 days. Keep proof of dispatch.

Unless we agree otherwise, you pay the direct return cost. We refund the price and the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the original order. A refund may be withheld until the goods arrive or you provide evidence that they were sent back.

Hygiene-sealed items

A statutory withdrawal may be excluded only for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons after that seal has been removed. This is not a blanket exclusion for lingerie or swimwear. Keep hygiene seals and protective strips intact while checking fit, just as you would in a shop.

Condition of returns

You may inspect an item as needed to establish its nature, characteristics and fit. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what would reasonably be allowed in a shop. Please return all packaging, labels and included accessories where possible.

Faulty or misdescribed goods

Withdrawal rights are separate from the legal guarantee. Under EU consumer rules, goods that are faulty or not as described are covered by a minimum two-year legal guarantee. Contact us promptly with your order reference and photographs where useful. Your statutory remedies are not reduced by this returns policy.

How to start a return

Contact Strada Reale with your order reference, the items being returned and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. We will confirm the return address and handling instructions.
