Begin in a comfortable, unpadded bra.
Keep the tape level and comfortably close to the body without pulling it tight. Measure your underbust and the fullest part of your bust, then compare the result with our size guide.
Check the fit
Look for support without pressure.
A band should sit level, cups should contain the bust without cutting in or gaping, and straps should feel secure without carrying all the support. Different styles may fit differently even in the same labelled size.
